—o —. Thursday, O'ctobk i 21, 1875. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., li.M.) Brown v. Cox.—Mr W. Johnston who appeared f-.ir plaintiff asked for a nonsuit, the case having been brought in a wrong form. Nonsuit granted. Naylor and Fraser r Blue —This was an action for LSO damages, brought by the plaintiffs, trustees of the Clyde Building | Society, as mortgagees of the Old B'ndigo ! Hotel, for loss of the publicans' license. The case was he3rd at a previous sitting and the Bench reserved judgment, which it now proceeded to give. After argument the turning point being whether the plaintiffs or the mortgagor would reap the benefit ! of the judgment, and it being maintained | that th? mo-tgagor would be the receiver, I judgment was recorded for Lls and costs.
