The reason of the reduction is that they have got their Business into p.'opor working order, and the fact that they are now in a position to buy large quantities of Flour from the first hand. J. and F. would beg to assure the public that this is hot one of the usual squibs, or fluctuating reductions generally resorted to by opponent bakers in order to make the weaker party collapse, and thus have the field to themselves, hut they have duly considered the matter, and can conscientiously state that it shall be a permanency.
