J. and F, would beg to assure the public that this is not one of the usual squibs, or fluctuating reductions generally resorted to by opponent bakers in order to make the weaker party collapse, and thus have the field to themselves, but they have duly considered the matter, and can conscientiously state that it shall be a permanency.
