Also, 1 First-class Harness Mare (in foal to “ Surprise ”), 2 Saddle Hacks, Spring Cart and Harness, and a variety of other Property. The Auctioneer has confidence in recomvrending the above property as a first-class investment, there being a good business attached, and to a person of limited means is an opening that but rarely presents itself It is almost superfluous to add that as Mr Grindley has purchased, for a term of j years, the business of Mr M'Laren, Tokomairiro, the whole of the above enumerated property will be sold without reserve.
