Grindley, Victorian Butchery, Clyde, who is leavirg the district (having purchased a business at Tokomairiro) will Sell by Public Auction, on Wednesday, August 18th, at 1 o’clock sharp— Those Valuable Freehold Sections No. 41 and 42, Block XXIII., town of Clyde, with the buildings thereon, being Butcher’s Shop and Dwellinghouse, and a Stone Cottage ; Also, Largesized Standard Sansage Machine and Copper Filler, and other tools of trade ; Also, The Household Furniture—comprising Mahogany Bookcase, Couch, Loo Table, Carpets, Engravings, Books, Chairs, Double and Single Iron Bedsteads, Bedding, Cooking Range, Culinary Utensils, &c. Also, 1 First-class Harness Mare (in foal to “ Surprise ”), 2 Saddle Hacks, Spring Cart and Harness, and a variety of other Property.
