District of Clyde, June 10,1875, To the District land Officer, Clyde F HEREBY give notice that I inI tend to construct a water race for hrigation and agricultural pnrpo ses, commencing at a point in the first creek to the north-eastward of Calloway head station, at a point about a mile above the present main Mountain Road from Dunstan to Dunedin, aud terminating at Galloway head station. The length of such race is one mile and a quarter, or thereabouts, and its intended course is westerly. The mean depth and bi'eadth of such race is fifteen inches by eighteen inches, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water. ROBERT CAMPBELL, junior, By his Attorney, W. G.
