To the District Land Officer, Clyde WE hereby give notice that we intend to construct a Water-race for irrigation and agricultural purposes, commencing at a point on North side of Obelisk Creek, one quarter of a mile West of the Falls, and terminating at our farm, being Section 28, Block 1, Cairn Hill District. The length of such race is three quarters of a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is East and West. The mean depth and breadth of such race is two feet by one foot, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water.
