April 7th 1873. Mr W. H. Adam was appointed Auctioneer for the Queenstown district, Mr. David Robertson wrote, askingwhatimprovements he required to effect omsections taken up by him under the deffered-payment system, in the Glenkcnich district. The applicant to bo informed that ho must reside on the land and in his own house. The district Land Officer, Clyde, forwarded remarks on the complaint made by Mr, J. Elder and others, that their deferred payment applications were not received at the District Land Office there. The Board considered the explanation quile satisfactory. The Board’approvcdof Mr R. G.
