I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a Water-race for irrigation purposes, commencing at a point on Spottis Creek Eastern Branch, on Section 13, Block 1., Tiger Hill, passing through Sections 14, 15, IG, 17, 18, 5, 4, 3 of said Block, and terminating in Section 1 in same Block, part of my Farm. The length of such Water-race is four miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is South. The mean depth and breadth of such race is 4 feet by 1 foot, and it is capable of carrying foui sluice heads of water, as the same as •delineated on plan Block 1., Tiger Hill. FRANCIS LEE, Blacks.
