One and a-quarter miles. Nomination, 10s 6d. Acceptance, 10s 6d. Nominations will be received by the Secretary, up to 8 p.m., on the 28th January. Weights immediately after acceptance at 10 o’clock the same evening, SELLING STAKES, 10 Sovs. The winner to bo sold by auction after the race, and the surplus over entered price (if any) to go to the Race Fund. Distance, one mile. If entered to be sold for Lls, to carry 9st; for LlO, Bst ; L 5, 7st. Entrance, 15s. FREE HANDICAP, 10 Sovs Distance, one mile. Weights to be declared on the Course. Acceptance, 10s Cd. HOSPITAL RACE, Sovs. Distance, one and a-quarter miles. Welter weight for age. Gentlemen riders. A silver cup, value LlO guineas, will be presorted by the Chib, to be won by the same horse two years in succession before becoming; the property of the owner. The winner to hold possession of the cup till the next Annual Meeting. Entrance, ss. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, 5 Sovs. For all beaten, horses. Three-quarters of a mile. Entrance, ss. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person will be allowed to enter or run ahorse in this Programme unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. No entiles will be received for any of the above Races except under this condition That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall ho decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme shall be final. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced. A deduction of five per cent will be made from the gross amount of the stakes. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea, and should such be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. CHARLES WISE, Secretary.
