I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race for domestic and irrigation purposes on Section 49, Block 1, Cairn Hill District passing through part of same, through the corner of Section 50, also through Sections 51 and 18, and ter m mating in Section 19. The length of such water-race is one mile or thereabouts, and it’s intended course is nearly West North-west, by East South-east. The main depth of such water-race is 9 inches by 18 inches, and is capable of carrying one sluice head of water. PATRICK M’GETTIGaN. NOTICE is hereby given that a Bye Law as provided for hereunder has been proposed, and will be •considered by the Town Council of Clyde at their first ordinary meeting which shall be held next after the expiration of seven days from the publication of this Notice, with a view to the making or passing of the same. In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in Section 181, part 13 of “ The Municipal Corporations’ Act, 1867," the Council of the T own of Clyde ordain as follows, that is to say:— 1. The whole of the subdivisions of the Ist, 2nd, sth, 7tli, Bth nnd 11th parts, and subdivision 1 of the 4th part, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th provisions of the 9th part, and the 64th 155 th, 71st and 72nd provisions of the 2nd part, and the 88th, 89th, and 90th provisions of the 4th subdivision of the 10th part of the 13th Schedule to tire said Act, are hcrebyadopted in and for the said Town of Clyde, and for and on behaljf •of the Corporation of the said Town of Clyde. 2. All and every the bye laws heretofore made by the Council of the said Town of Clyde, or now existing, are hereby repealed. TO STATION HOLDERS.
