No person allowed to enter a horse for either the Alexandra Handicap or the District handicap unless he is a subscriber of at least one guinea to the funds. Nominations for the Alexandra Handicap and District Handicap to be sent in to the Secretary, enclosing nomination and qualification money, before 7 p.m. on Thursday, the 17th December; and acceptances for both Handicaps before 9 p.m., on the night of general entry, Thursday, "December 31st. Weights to be declared in the “ Dunstan Times” of the 25tlU of December. In all Post Entry races three horses to start, or no race. The Rules of the Dunstan Jockey Club will bo strictly enforced. Five per cent will bo deducted from gross amount of stakes for expenses.
