Sims r. Westwood.—Damages for unlawful interference with Plaintiff's waterrace by cutting into the same, and diverting the water into defendant’s garden for irrigating purposes.

Mr Wilson for plaintiff, and Mr Johnson for defendant.

The evidence was so verbose and complicated that we failed to glean further than that an interference had taken place. After occnpying the Court for nearly four hours, an injunction to restrain defendant from further intcrlerence was decreed.
