CRICKET.
Tho first match of the season was played on the Clyde Cricket ground on Monday last the 9th instant, and taking into consideration that the players bad had but little practice together, a very fair game was piayed. As in all likelihood the Clyde Club will have to respond to one or more challenges during the season, we cannot too strongly urge upon the members to stick to practice, more especially, “ bowling,” in which there is room for improvciGOTit-.
