LAURENCE SIMPSON, Warden and R.M. NOTICE. I HEREBY notify that A. Gemmel has applied to the Waste Land Board to purchase the land occupied by him on Run 221, being Section 5, Block IX, Leaning Rock district, situated on the Manuherikia River, a little to tho North-east of Theyers and Beck’s brewery, and South-east of the main road, and containing about one acre. Anv objection to the granting of the said application must be lodged in writing-at the District Laud Office, Clyde, on or before the Bth day of October nest. My application will be brought before the Waste Lands’ Board on or about the 28th day of October next, and any objections therto must be lodged with the District Land Officer, Roxburgh on or before the 20th day of October next.
