I HEREBY give notice that M'Nally, Hastie and party have mad application for a Special Claim of 20 acres or thereabouts of ground in Sections 92 and 112, Block 11, Leaning Rock district under and in terms of the 12th Section of the Gold Fields’ A ct, 1866. The Claim has been surveyed, and the Plans may be seen at my Office, Clyde. The reason of such application being that, the •applicants are constructing a head water-race, 27 miles in length, to carry 20 heads of water, at an expenditure of about £6,000. Any person desiring to object to the said Application must lodge their objections at the Court House, Clyde, on or before Thursday, September 24, 1874, when parties will be heard in support of the application and to the objections, (if any.) I HEREBY give notice that William Green has made application for a Special Claim of Four acres or thereabouts, of ground situate on the East bank of tho Molyneux, commencing at a small gully just abova Dunbarton Rock, and extending northwards about 600 yards, under and in terms of the 12tb Section of the Gold Fields’ Act, 1866. The Claim has been surveyed, aud the Plans may bo seen at my Office, Clyde. The reason of such applicationbeing that, the applicant, William Green has invented a new pumping machine. Any person desiring to object to the said Application must lodge-their objections at the Court House, Roxburgh, on or before Tuesday the 22nd September, 1874, when parties wdll be beard in support of the Application, and to the objections, (if any ) WILLI AML AURENCESIMPSON, Warden. Roxburgh, August 25, 1874. NOTICE. ON the 9th September, 1874, the following application having been received and recorded under the 50th Section of the Waste Lands’ Act 1872. Notification is hereby made that Thursday, October 1, 1874 is the day fixed for deciding on the unopposed application, and for notifying the objections (if any) which have been lodged. W.
