No entry will be received fur any of the above races except upon the following conditions.—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by tire Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Nominations lor tho Alexandra and the Dunstan Handicaps to be sent in to the Secretary, enclosing Nomination and Qualification foes on Thursday, the 17 th September before 8, p.m. Weights to be declared in tho Cromwell Argus of tho 22nd of September. Acceptances to lie sent in to the Secretary before 8 p.m. of the 24th ot September. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for either Handicap unless ho be a subscriber of at least one guinea to the race fund. Tho rules of tho Dunstan Jockey Club will be strictly enforced. WM.
