Distance, three quarters of a mile. Heats. No weight under 9 stone, HURRY SCURRY. Of 5 Sovs. No weight under 10 stone. Distance, three quarters of a mile. Entrance, 7 s Cd. R U L E S. No entry will he received for any of the above races except upon the following conditions.—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Nominations for the Alexandra and the Dunstan Handicaps to be sent in to the Secretary, enclosing Nomination and Qualification fees on Thursday, the 17 th September before 8, p.m. Weights to be declared in the Cromwell Argus of the 22nd of September. A cceptances to be sent in to the Secretary before 8 p.m. of the 21th ol September. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for either Handicap unless he be a subscriber of at least one guinea to the race fund. The rules of the Dunstan Jockey Club will be strictly enforced. WM.
