I HEREBY give notice that M'Nally, Hftstie and party have mad application for a Special Claim of 20 acres or thereabouts of ground in Sections 92 and 112, Block 11, Leaning Rock district under and in terms of the 12th Section of the Gold Fields’Act, 1866. The Claim has been surveyed, and the Plans may be seen at my Office, Clyde. The reason ol such application being that, the applicants are constructing a head water-race, 27 miles in length, to carry 20 heads of water, at an expenditure of about £6,000. Any person desiring to object to the said Application must lodge their objections at the Court House, Clyde, on or before Thursday, September ■24, 1874, when parties will be heard in support of the application and to the objections, (if any.) I HEREBY givo notice that William Green has made application for a Special Claim of Four acres or thereabouts, of ground situate on the East bank of the Molyneux, commencing at a small gully just above Dunbarton Rock, and extending northwards about GOO yards, under and in terms ot the 12th Section of the Gold Fields’ Act, 1866. The Claim has been surveyed, and the Plans may be seen at my Office, Clyde. The reason of such application being that, the applicant, William Green has invented a new pumping machine.
