MAN AGING DIRECTORS. Messrs Hazlett Me:sr,j R ‘Wilson Naylor Auckland Williams Hanlon M’Akthuk. B askers: Dank of New South‘Wales, Treasuueh—A Christophers, Esq. Secretary— G Fache, Esq. It has long been felt by the inhabitants of the District that the erection and establishment oi a flour mill would prove of the utmost utility and service. Hitherto, however, capitalists and others were deterred from embarking in the enterprise, owing principally to the small quantity of land taken up for agricultural purposes, and also to the fact of tho limited area thrown Open by the Government for selection. But these drawbacks no longer exist, as a considerable quantity of laud is now under cultivation, which is rapidly being increased. From the foregoing and other reasons, the projectors of this enterprise are of opinion that the time has now arrived when tho proposition for Hie erection of a Flour-mill can, with confidence, be brought before tho public for consideration ; especially when, at this season, the want is deeply felt : while, on the other hand, the undeniable success that has attended the mills erected in a neighboring district oilers a bright example, and give such encouragmaent as to permit an indulgence in the hope of expecting a similar result here, which the importance of the District justly d csei vos. The Provisional Directory have deemed it tho better to increase the crease the capital by ,£I,OOO above what (in the first instance) was thought suflieieut, making in all .£•'?,000, so as to be in a pod Ron, if necessity demands it, to purchase old wheat. But they would impress on (lie miudsjof intending shareholders that no more capital will be called up than will bo necessary to set the mill in motion and produce flour. The choice of motive power to bo the subject of future deliberations, due consideration being given to economy. The site of the Mill, also, and other matters of detail, to bo left for after consideration by tho Company or their Directors. As soon as two hundred Shares aro allotted, a General Meeting of Shareholders will be convened, when a Board of Directors and a Manager will be appointed and the Company registered Form of Application for Shares. To G. Fache, Esq. Secretary of tho Dunstan Flour-mill Company. Sir, —I hereby make application tor Shares in the Dunstan District Flour-mill Company, and enclose tho sum of £ , being deposit on the same. [ am, Fir, &c., Name (in full) Address
