Tho hearing was 'fixed for Thursday, the Htlr of May. The following applications were granted: —Griffith Thomson, Sections 17 and IS, two hundred acres ; John Blakely, Section 21, one hundred acres ; Robert MTntosh, Sections 11 and 12, two hundred a-res: the wholsi in Block V., Tiger-hill District, and on the Condition of paying for material and fencing on the ground.
