No person will be allowed to enter a horse tinlessE subscriber of one guinea to the race fund. Nominations will bo received by tho Secretary for the Maiden Plate, District Handicap, Hurdle Race, and Flying Handicap until 8 o'oclock upon the evening of the IGth of March ; weights will he declared tho same evening (except for tho Flying Handicap) ; acceptances will close at 10 a.m. on the 17th. Jockey costume will be enforced, except in post entry races. All disputes will be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit one guinea, which will ho forfeited if deemed frivolous. Five per cent, will be deducted from all stakes for espouses.
