Nominations for the Bald Hill Flat, and District Handicaps, will be received by the Secretary at Kemp’s Hotel up to 8 p m on Tuesday, the 10th of Marcu. Weights to be declared in the Dunstan Times ofMareh 13, 1874 ; Acceptances to be seat in on or before March 16, at 8 p m. The District Handicap, and Miners and Farmers Purse to be confined to residents within a’radius often miles of the racecourse, the horsesjto be the bona 'fide property of the owner two months previous to the 17th March. Jockey costume enforced except in post entry Races; colours to he sent in at time of entry. No entry will be received for any of the above races, except on this condition, That all disputes, claims and objections, arising Out of flic racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision to be final. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit the sum of f 1 Is, and should it be de deemed frivolous by the Stewards, will have to forfeit the amount, Five per cent will be deducted from the gross amoui t of stakes for expenses.
