"VTOTICE is hereby given, that, pnr1' suant to the powers contained in “The Municipal Corporations’ Waterworks 4.ct. 1872,” the Council of the Borough of Clyde intend to construct water-works for supplying the' Borough with water, and that the amount to be raised by way of loan for that purpose is Two thousand pounds ; and that, in case their intention is objected to within two calendar months •from the first of this notice, application will be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand, at its next Session, for authority to construct the said works.
