Cowan, counsel for John Hal-l-May. of Bannockb'unlj store and hotel keeper,, an insolvent debtor, moved praying that an order be issued to set aside a warrant of distress obtained from the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Cromwell, in execution of which goods and chattels were now under distraint and bailiff in possession.
