ACRES at Roxburgh, for sale on deferred payNotice is hereby given that Block TII and IV, Teviot District, on the east bank of theClutha, will be open for application at the Land Office, Clyde, on the 2oth Feb., 1874. The blocks are divided into sections of about 50 acres each. Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of Is 3d per acre, which will be credited to the first year’s purchase money. The price will be an annual payment of 2s Cd per acre, for ten years, when, if the conditions are fulfilled, the laud becomes the freehold of the applicant.
’■MONDAY, 9th March. ■&JOTICE is hereby given, that a ii block of 2600 acres of Agricultural Land in the Tiger Hill District ■will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on deferred payments at the District Land Office, Clyde, on the 9th -March 1874. The block is situated at the junction of the Moa, Maori, and Dovedale Creeks with the Poolburn, to the west of and adjoins Sir Francis Dillon Bell’s pre-emptive right, Ida Valley. Price 2s Gd per acre per annum for ton years, with certain conditions as ■ to improvement. Applications require to be made personally, and a deposit of Is 3s per acre paid. Plans to be seen at Dunedin and •Clyde, after 16th February. NOTICE. WE hereby give notice that we have made application to the W oste Land Board for permission to exchange our Leases, Nos. 117 c and l&lc held under the Gold-fields Act, 18G6 and Amendments of Sections 10 and 16, Block 11, Tiger Hill for a Lease or Leases under the Waste Land Act, 1872. Our application will he brought before the Board on or about the 19th March next, and any objection thereto must be lodged with the District Land Officer on or before the 12th March next.
