A meeting of the Committee was held in the Town-hall ou Thursday, the 29th ult., at S p.m. Present : The Kev. Joshua Jones (in the chair), and \ issrs. M'Counochie, Hazlett, Wilson, Christophers', Cambridge, ami Ciindiey. C .KRK AS* TREASURER. Mr. Christophers was viec ed Clerk and Treasurer. MINUTES. The minutes of the last meeting and of the An .u»l titannery meeting were read and continued. FINANCE. The following aceuuuts were passed for payment: -X. Webb, repaiiiug ftuce, Gs. ri Dickson, carriage of books, 4s. (Id. ; J, Tyrrell, GUs. , i CLEANING. Mrs. Webb’s oiler to clean the school weekly ami to wash it out once a month, lor 4s. per week, was accepted. CHURCH SERVICES. Mr. Arnot’s (Presbyterian Minister) re* ijUest to use the school room fortnightly always in the evening, was acceded to.
