The Annual Meeting of Parishioners of St Mich net's Church, Clyde, Diocese of Dunedin, was held in the Church on Tuesday the l.Th instant at 8, m. The Rev. Joshua Jon j 3 occupied the Chair, and after opening the meo ing with the customary prayer, railed on the Secretary to read th- Churchwarden's report as follows ; Receipts. To Offertories—

Clark, Secretary, explained that the position the funds were \ery healthy as though there was so small a cash balance in hand, it must he borne in mind that the liabilities, which at the beginning of the year were 305/ 10s. Od., had been reduced to 15n/. The Rev. Mr Jones said the next business was, the nomination and election of Churchwardens and Vestry-men for the ensuing year—After some consideration the following gentlemen were elected ; Ch'ireliwr le is— Messrs, Wilson an I Christophers.
