October 16, 1873. {Before 'VV. L. .Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Naylor \. C. Clarke.—Root 1,1/. 16s. 21. This was a renewed summons, the first summons having been relumed unserved. Tire claim was for goods supplied and delivered, and delivery hiving Teen proved, judgment was given for the amount claimed, with 18s. costs. By consent of plaintiff, amount to be liquidated by instalments of 10s. per week. J. Cox v. C. B. El iott.—Claim 4l. 7s. 6d. Adjourned to the 23rd inst. Same v. T. Voung. —Claim SI. Adjourned to the 13rd inst J. Norman v. Insley.—Claim d 9-' 12s. lid. No api earauce
