September 23, 1873. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Schubert v. Richards.—Claim, 7/., for medical assistance. Case dismissed—the Plaintiff not being a duly qualified medical practitioner, nor registered under the Act. The Magistrate in his remarks drew the attention of the S-'ggeant of Police to the case. Smith v. Ayling. Claim, amount, the prime cost of a chaff-cutting machine. The particulars of the case appear to be as follows—Defendant borrows a chaff-cutting machine, and while using the tame, breaks it ;he has it repaired at his own cost, and desires to return it. Plaintiff refuses to take back the machine, and demands the original cost. There being no evidence brought forward as to theeslimatodamount of damages, or to what extent the machine was deteriorated, the case was adjourned till the next sitting of the Court, October the 21st,, for the production of witnesses.
