Judgment by default for the amount claimed and 9s. costs ; failing payment, distress. Richard Poole (as Town Clerk of the Municipality of Clyde) v. W. Fache.— Claim 3/. 155., amount of three and a half years’ rates due on house and land lately purchased by defendant.
