The Dredge is 52 feet long, and 15 feet beam, and built of best Oregon timber, and has a two roomed cabin, fitted with bunks and other conveniences. ■ The Steam power consists of a twohorse power reversible Engine complete for working the windlass, with two cast iron barrels, twelve .inches in diameter, and cast iron winch head and the necessary cog driving and pinion wheels, break, reversing gear, &c. A One horse power Engine for working the chain pump, a Seven-horse power multitubular boiler, the whole complete and in thorough working order. A sheet-iron sliding dam and crab winch. One double Anchor, Cwt., and two single do. About 1 ton i inch Chain, and a quantity of |- and -| do. Coil 3|, 3, and 2| inch rope, each about 120 fathom long. A lot of double and single Blocks, sheares, dredging spoons, spars, 38 feet Sluice-boxes, tools of all kinds, and a lot of other property in all, forming a Dredging Plant complete in every particular. The dwelling-houso is corrugated iron, well built and of the best material, and contains four rooms. The Furnitute consists of Iron Bedsteads, Chest of Drawers, Cots, Washstand, Toilet Glass, Tables, Chairs, Carpets, Cooking and Parlor Stoves, and all the accessories of a comfortably furnished house.
