The length of such race is three miles or therca bouts, and its intended course is South-east. The mean depth and breadth of such Race is six inches, by twenty inches, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water, and I intend to construct a Dam or Reservoir | on the course of such Race on Sections 35, 3G, 37, Block I, Leaning Rode District, for the like purpose of irrigation and industry, ares of such Reservoir about one acre and a half, of a depth of ten feet, and a breadth of ninety-nine feet, and the said Dam will be capable of containing six hundred thousand gallons of water.
