I Hereby give notice that 1 intend to construct a water-race fur irrigation and industrial purposes, commencing at a point on the Wai Keri Keri Creek at the North boundary line of Section 69, Block 11, Leaning Rock District,’.traversing the Wai Keri Keii Valley, and terminating at the Monte Christo Farm, Section 99, Block I, Leaning Rock District. The length of such race is three miles or therca bouts, and its intended course is South-east. The mean depth and breadth of such Race is six inches, by twenty inches, and it is capable of carrying twm sluice heads of water, and I intend to construct a Dam or Reservoir on the course of such Race on Sections 35, 36, 37, Block I, Leaning Rock District, for the like purpose of irrigation and industry, area of such Reservoir about one acre and a half, of a depth of ton feet, and a breadth of ninety-nine feet, and the said Dam will bo capable of containing six hundred thousand gallons of water.
