RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT CLYDE.
Wednesday, July 9. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., 11. M.) Smith v. Fisandiere.—Claim for 101. 10s. Mr. P. J. Wilson, counsel for defendant, pleaded a sit off 101. This was a case of cross accovn's of long standing, and in unravelling them the time of the Court was occupied several hours. There being no question of public interest involved, we merely give the judgment, as follows—For plaintiff, as far as regards the account, and for the defendant, as regards the set off ; each party to pay his own costs.
