The Bonds are issuable under the authority of the ‘‘Otago Municipal Corporations’ Ordinance, 1865 bear interest at the rate of six per centum per anmlm, payable half-yearly, at the option of any puichaser, in either London, Melbourne, or Dunedin j and are secured on the City Rates.
