M’Lennan,—Claim, 81. 12s. 2d. No service. New summons to issue. , William Thompson was charged with being drunk and disorderly. He pled guilty and was fined 335., failing the im. mediate payment, 7 days’ imprisonment in (pyde gaol with hard labor, this being the second offence .within 12 months. A meeting of Justices was held to revise the Jury list, at which W L. Simp.-on, R.M. J.Hnz'ctt, J. P .and J. LI. Cambridge, J. P. presided. 'J ho list as prepared was allowed.
