Notice is hereby given, tliafc the Revising Officer will hold a Court for the Revision of the List of Voters of the District of DUNSTAN, on Saturday, the 17th day of May instant, a*- 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Clyde. At which said Court will be heard and determined all 'claims duly made to havp names inserted in the said List of Voters, and all objections duly made to the names of persons being retail led or placed on the Electoral R oil of the said District. The names of persons whose Christian names or whose qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law requiredjto be ■sptc'fied in the said list, or whose place of abode or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be then supplied. The Revising Officer will also, at the said Court, make such corrections in the said List, and do all such otheracts as are required of him by the “ Registration of Electors Act 1 866.” Dated at Dunedin, this 30th day of April, 1873. TO prevent misapprehension, persons desirous of applying to purchase or occupy Crown Lands, are informed that every application must be made at the Land Office of the district in which the land applied for is situated. The land in Glenkenich and Waipahee Districts, advertised open for application on the 23nd instant, must be applied for at Invercargill. Forms of application may be had at any Land Office, or will be sent by post to any one if requested. Applications may lie sent by post, addressed to “The District Land Officer,” along with a draft in favour of the Receiver of Land Revenue, for the deposit of 2s. an acre of the land applied for. J.
