GEORGE EACHE having been appointed “ under the Mining Company’s Act, 1872 ” Liquidator of the ‘‘ Alta Quartz Mining Company, Registered” will sell by Public Auction, the whole of the Company’s valuable property, consisting of A Quartz crushing Battery of ten stamps, with Copper Plate and Blanket Tables complete, and in good working order. Lot of Spare Stampers, Rods, Shoes, False Bottoms, Lin-ng, Spur Wheels, and other Gear. Turbine Wheel and one hundred and forty-five feet Iron Piping, twenty three inches diameter, An Amalgamating Barrel, 'and Shaking Table. Four Sluice Boxes and Patent Ripples. Five hundred yards of Hard-wood Tramway, plated with iron. Three Trucks, Wood and Iron House, thirteen feet by ten feet, Two hundred fret of onc-and-ii-half inch Manilla Rope. Wood and Iron Blacksmith’s Shop, eighteen feet by [twelve, Blacksmiths’ and Carpenters’ Tools, Mining Tools, Mining Umber, and a Miscellaneous Lot of Property, forming in the whole one of the most Complete Mining and Crushing Plants to be desired. The Liquidator respectfully draws the attention of Speculators Quartz Reef Proprietors and others to this Sale, and deems it unnecessary to other than slate that the Sale will be genuine, and without re servo, the only one object being to effect a winding up of the affairs of the Company.
