In the matter of the Alta Quartz Mining Company, Registered, and of the Mining Companies’ Act, 2872 PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 92 of the Mining Companics’ Act, 1872, and of an Order made by the District Court of the Otago Gold-fields, liokbm at Clvde on the eighteenth day of March 1873 in the above matter, I hereby give notice that in and by such Order, Saturday the thirty-first day of May, 1873, is fixed as the day on which the Creditors of the Alta Quartz Mining Company, Registered, are to come in and prove their debts before the said Court at Clyde, any Creditor not so coming in, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made befoie, tho debt of any such Creditor shall ho proved.
