It is needless here to dilate on the richness of those deposits, it being so well known the quantities of gold obtained f r the last live years by the dredges worked by manual labor. The Provisional Committee have placed themselves in communication with the best Engineering skill in the Province (some being person'!.y conversant with the nature of the river deposits) the whole being of opinion that there are no engineering difficulties to contend with. It is contemplated to raise One Thousand Tons per day, tiie cost per Ton not to exceed three pence, including wear and tear. The amount of ground is unlimited.
