Wilson for plaintiff. There being some informality in the service of summons the case was adjourned till the next sit! ing of the Court. Mr. F. J. Wilson applied for the coulimation of the appointment of Mr. George Fache as liquidator of the Alta Quartz Mining Company registered, in conformity with Mining Companies Act 1872.” The appointment was confirmed. In Bankruptcy. Anthony Fergusson applied for a final order and discharge. Mr, F. J. Wilson appeared for bankrupt. Mr. George Fache, agent for the Trustee, examined the bankrupt at some’ length. Thu order was granted.
