No person allowed to enter or ran a horse for any race in this programme (post-entry entry races excepted) unless the latter be the bona-lide property of a subscriber or not less than £1 Is. to the Race Fund. Nominations for the Bald-hill Handicap and District Handicap will bs received by the Secretary, at Kemp’s Hotel, Ea!d-hi!l Flat, up lo 8 p. m. on the tlSthof February. Weights declared in the “Dunstan Times” of the 7th of March. Acceptances to bo sent in on or before 8 p.m. on the loth of March, 1873. The Maiden Plate, Ladies’Purse, District Handicap, Miners’ and Farmers’ Purse to be confined to residents within the following boundaries : Blackmon’s Creek and Fraser’s River, the Molyneux, Shingle Creek, and Obelisk Range. All horses entered for these races to bo the bona-fide property of the owners prior to the Ist of Januaiy, 1573. Jockey costume will be enforced except in post entry races. No entry will bs received for any of the above races c x ;ept on this condition ; —That all disputes, claims, at d objections arising; out of the racing s .all be decided by tha stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest will havo to deposit the sum of £1 Is., and, should it be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, will have to forfeit the amount.
