Weights for the second day’s Handicaps will be declared on the evening of the Cth of February. Acceptances *o be received by the Secretary before 10 o’clock a.m. on the following day. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. - No person shaßjbeiallo wed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entryraces excepted, unless the latter be qualified as th° bona-fide properly of a subscriber of not less than £3 3s. to the race fund. Entries to he received by the Secretary, at his office, Sunderland-Street Clyde liefore 9 p nr. on Wednesday Fehmarv 5, 1873, entrance money enclosed, with name age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and color of rider. Any jockey riding except in the eolors entered, will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 percent. of the stakes.
