.RULES AND REGULATIONS. Marcs and Goldings'allowed 31b. No entries Trill bo received for any of the abovo races except upon Ibis condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the* carrying out of the programme shall bo final. No person shall he allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter he qualified as tho bona-fide property of a subscriber of not less than £3 3s. to tho race fund. Entries to bo received by the Secretary, at his office, Sundcrland-Strcet Clyde before 9 p.m, on Wednesday February 5. 1873, entrance money enclosed, with name age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and color of rider. ' . Any jockey riding except in the colors entered, will bo fined £2, Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Horses walking oyer will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will lx stridy enforced.
