No entrr a will be received for any of tht above races except upon this condition. Tha ( all disputes, claims, and objec'ions, arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards,and their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest, will have to deposit the sum of If. la,, and should il be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, will have to forfeit the amount.
