TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—Whether there is anything in the Bye Laws of the Town of Clyde relating to the removal of rubbish 1 don’t know, but I think it must come within the province of the Council to remove or cause to be removed an unsightly heap, 1 allude to the wreck of the late fire-In all conscience, time sufficient has elapsed for its removal. If Councillor Auckland wishes to preserve it as a momento, bis back yard, 1 infer, would be a better site for it than where it now stands I am, &c., CITIZEN. ■Clyde, November 12, 1872.
