The Tichborne case, which has been rather quiet for a time has again cropped up. At demonstrations at Leicester and Loughborough, Mr. Ondow stated that evidence had been received to show that one of the 1 crew belonging to the Bella had landed at Swansea, and had been sent by the Claimant’s opponents to Spain. The man’s name was William Evans, and his parents would be produced at the trial to testify to their son’s reeurn. He had also evidence relating to two others of the five comprising the Bella’s crew. The Kensington News [announces the death of Thomas Carter, one of the most important witnesses in the case, who was severely examined by Mr. Hawkins. His evidence was regarded as one of the main points affecting the alleged military ’career of the Claimant. Holloway’s Ointment and Pills have been placed by the common consent of mankind.’at the head of internal remedies.
