Rositer- Esq., Cranbourne, and out of the celebrated mare Flora, the property of J. Johnston, Esq., Whitlesea. Victoria. HEATHER JOCK has taken first and second prizes as a colt of one, two, and three years old in Victoria, Sire Reformer who gained the Highland Society's first prize at Perth in 1552; as a yearling, in 1850, at Melbourne the Port Phillip Farmers Society’s first prize, beating Clyde (Mr J. Wilsons’and four other-imported sires; in 1837, at Melbourne, the Port Phillip Far mers’ Society’s first prize, beating Clyde and 25 others; at the same meeting won the Champion Cup, value £3O, as the most perfect animal exhibited. He has also taken a number of local prizes, and his stock have been sucessful as prize-takers, Dam Flora, got by the renowned horse Prince Charlie, imported by Messrs. M’lntosh. Glenroy, out of a pure bred Y. D. L. mare bred of R. Q, Kerniode, Mona Vale Flora took first at Wbitlc-sca two years in succession, first at Kilmore and second at Heidelberg in 1861.
