Wilsons’ and four other imported sires; in 1857,' at Melbourne, the Port Phillip Far mers’ Society's first prize, beating Clyde and 25 others; at the some meeting won the Champion Cup, value £3O, as the most perfect animal exhibited. He has also taken a number of local prizes, and his stock have been sneessful as prize-takers, Dam Flora, got by the renowned horse Prince Charlie, imported by Messrs. MTntosh. Glenroy, out of a pure bred V. D. L, mare bred of R. Q. Kermode, Mona Vale Flora took first at Wlutle-sea two years in succession, first at Kilmore and second at Heidelberg in IS6I.
