Sir It has been tbe custom hitherto for a meeting of the above Club to be held gome time in June for tbe purpose of regulating their future proceedings, and likewise to give a statement of accounts to those in. terested. No meeting having taken place, I should presume that the Club is defunct, or, that those gentlemen entrusted with the management of the same, have, either through wilfulness or otherwise, neglected to hold the usual meeting.
